Alliance Media has selected Broadview Software – a fully integrated real time channel management solution. Alliance Media’s Urdu1 and Urdu1 (M.E) channels which are broadcast from Dubai are now a complete suite of BroadView modules to meet their business needs of content rights; acquisition; planning; scheduling; ad-sales management and optimisation of inventory.
Alliance selected BroadView after a review process centered on finding a comprehensive platform to improve operational efficiency and enable business intelligence. It opted for U-TO Solutions because of their diverse experience in the broadcast domain coupled with BroadView’s extensive global footprint allowing the channel to manage mission critical sales processes.
Urdu1 has successfully exploited a mix of local Pakistani, Indian as well as Turkish (dubbed) content. This strategy has not only proven affluent but has also revolutionised the way television content is being consumed in the region.
