This year's 48Hr Film Challenge has selected 15 teams to create short films within a two-day timeframe.
The 48Hr Film Challenge is a short film competition designed to challenge and support aspiring Saudi filmmakers to produce new works.
The leaders of the two winning will get the chance to take part in one of the cinema and directing events at the Red Sea Film Festival in 2024.
The winners received their awards during a special screening held at Vox Cinemas in Red Sea Mall, Jeddah.
The winning team will go on to participate in a tailored educational residency programme with renowned French cinematographers in 2023.
