Sense & Med & com group has announced the launch of Chacha TV in Algeria, the country’s first streaming and video-on-demand platform.
According to promoters, the platform will focus on Algerian audiovisual content as also international productions.
The creators of Chacha TV have appealed to all Algerian producers for their local content. They hope to concentrate the vast majority of local content to survive the increasingly strong competition from foreign companies.
