Al Jazeera Media Network highly resilient system to replace legacy automation
The contract has now been awarded for this landmark project, with Pebble Beach Systems supplying a highly resilient system to unify the playout infrastructure, replacing the legacy automation solution and delivering advanced playout functionality. Qvest Media has acted as the consultant on this major project.
BeIn Sports 30 channels under Marina control
BeIN Sports have specified a comprehensive Marina automation solution which will manage the ingest and playout of 30 highly reactive channels at the broadcasters Qatar facility.

JRTV major facility upgrade for state broadcaster
Jordan state broadcaster JRTV recently went on air with 2 channels in a new playout architecture which updates its legacy VTR-based workflow. The installation features Pebble Beach Systems Marina architecture at its heart, handling ingest, content management and playout for the broadcaster, as well as interfacing to the Front Porch DIVA HSM system.
Nogoum FM first Stingray channel in a box in Egypt
Nogoum FM is a highly successful Egyptian radio station which is now expanding to offer a television channel featuring live broadcasts of its popular presenters together with music videos and commercials. It selected the self-contained Stingray Channel in a Box solution from Pebble Beach Systems to handle this transition and in addition to playout. The system offers ingest capability and a QC workflow, as well as secondary record of a live event into the server whilst it is being played out.
MBC migration from Neptune to Marina automation
Dubai-based MBC currently broadcasts over 20 channels under the control of Pebble Beach Systems Neptune automation. It has now architected a six-channel Marina system and will is planning to migrate all channels to Marina automation over the coming months.
