Abu Dhabi Media Summit (ADMS) has announced the names of its local, regional and international partners that will support the event.
Noura Al Kaabi, CEO of the Media Zone Authority Abu Dhabi and twofour54 said: The media industry benefits immensely from collaboration and so does ADMS we are able to present a richer programme and experience for our guests as a result of partners involvement and we thank all our partners for their generous support.
Kaabi added: Our aim is to advance the media industry as a vital pillar of the UAEs economy and we are pleased to have local, regional and international organisations helping us to connect industry sub-sectors on one platform so that collectively we can drive the industry forward.
Mubadala Development Company will act as strategic partner of ADMS 2014, which runs from 18 20 November at the Rosewood Hotel in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, under the title: Driving and Sustaining Future Media in MENA and Beyond. Mubadala supports the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision for economic diversification through investing in sectors that hold exciting potential a criteria that the media and entertainment industry, aided twofour54, competently meets.
Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) is the Summits knowledge partner, facilitating research to complement the ADMS programme and deliver invaluable industry insight.
On the media front, ADMS is partnering with leading outlets. Abu Dhabi Media is the Summits local media partner; Sky News Arabia is the regional media partner; Al Arabiya News is supporting as pan-Arab media partner; and CNN is the Summits international media partner. Not only will these media partners help bring the 2014 programme to the attention of audiences nationally, regionally, and internationally; members of their editorial staff are participating in the Summit and contributing their expertise and insights to a number of sessions as moderators, speakers and panellists.
Etihad Airways, the airline partner of ADMS, will bring ADMS guests to the Capital on board its award-winning fleet. Additionally, the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority are both helping to promote the Summit and reinforce Abu Dhabis position as the leading hub for media and entertainment in the region.
