The 1500 sqft showroom will work the same timings as the Bur Dubai unit although plans are in the offing to keep it open on Saturdays, and allow a pick-up and drop-off facility for kit that need to be serviced in the near future.
UAE-based distributor of professional broadcast and photography equipment Advanced Media has expanded its presence in Dubai with a second 1500 sqft showroom, located next to the company’s warehouses in 8th Street, Al Quoz Industrial 1 in Dubai. Edwin Hartounian, who has served as Advanced Media’s Technical Manager for the last 16 years, will now take on the additional role of Showroom Manager at the new facility.
The new showroom offers a variety of professional video and photo equipment and accessories.
Speaking about the new launch, Hartounian said: “Al Quoz is a convenient location for customers residing in that part of town. They often visit us at our showroom in Bur Dubai to check out the latest products and technologies presented by Advanced Media. The showroom has the same timing as the main Bur Dubai showroom, which is from 10 am to 7 pm, Sundays to Thursdays. In the near future, we hope extend the timing for this location to include operations on Saturday.”
Advanced Media, which boasts a full-fledged service centre at its main showroom in Bur Dubai, will soon launch a drop-off and pick-up service for equipment at the new unit.
The UAE-based distributor also opened its first showroom in Saudi Arabia last month to service the professional video community in the Kingdom.
