The creative sessions was kicked off by content creators Amir De Leon and Mostafa Eldiasty.
Al-Futtaim Lexus has partnered with TikTok Business Middle East and renowned content creators to launch the Lexus Content Lab, an initiative aimed at empowering car enthusiasts to become content creators.
Held at the Al-Futtaim Lexus DIP showroom, the Lexus Content Lab served as an educational platform, guiding audiences on crafting unique, thrilling, and engaging social media content centred around their cherished vehicles.
Commenting on the initiative, Saad Abdullah, General Manager Marketing of Al Futtaim Lexus, said: “The design, performance, and sophistication of Lexus models have inspired many exciting stories, both on-road and on digital media. The Content Lab was a natural extension of continuing this inspiring narrative for Lexus and motoring fans across the UAE. The relationship between car and owner is very personal, with many taking great pride in their beloved vehicles and looking for unique ways to showcase them. However, car owners often don’t have the skills to create content that properly reflects the way they view their car. The Lexus Content Lab provides automotive enthusiasts with the relevant skills to create fantastic content that truly reflects the connection they have with their car.”
The sessions commenced with Amir De Leon, an educational content creator known for his action-oriented edits. Amir shared insights into his unique style and hosted a demonstration, including behind-the-scenes content in his edits.
Following Amir, the audience engaged in a session with renowned 3D artist and content creator Mostafa Eldiasty, also known as 100.Pixels. Recognised for his out-of-the-box edits, Mostafa delved into discussions on 3D and other AR-driven User-Generated Content (UGC). He shared his work process and demonstrated complex CGI effects.
Upon the completion of the sessions, attendees were invited to put their newfound knowledge into practice, creating their own videos with guidance from Amir and Mostafa during the editing phase. Mostafa also hosted an advanced session in an editing suite, offering guidance to attendees familiar with his software. The Lexus Content Lab aims to empower automotive enthusiasts to showcase their passion for their vehicles through compelling and professionally crafted social media content.
