The Worthy feature film from Image Nation Abu Dhabi has been released in the Video on Demand (VOD) format and is now available on du, Etisalat, Ooredoo (Qatar and Oman), iTunes and Google Play.
Directed by Emirati filmmaker Ali Mostafa and produced by Peter Safran (The Conjuring) and Steven Schneider (Paranormal Activity), The Worthy was released in cinemas across the region on February 23rd, 2017.
The Emirati post-apocalyptic thriller premiered at the BFI London Film Festival and screened at Dubai International Film Festival in December.
The films ensemble cast is comprises Arabic actors like Ali Suliman (Paradise Now, Zinzana), Samr Al Masri (Bab-Al Hara) and Screen Internationals Arab Star of Tomorrow – Samer Ismail (Omar).
This is Mostafas third feature film, following his Dubai-based drama City of Life (2009) and road-trip comedy From A to B (2014).
