AMC Networks has announced an expansion of its international licensing team.
Roxanne Likely takes on the role of director of content sales, Americas. She joins AMC Networks from Fox Entertainment Global, where she was focused on content sales in the U.S. and Latin America. She has also worked at Paramount. Mia Clark will join as manager of content sales for EMEA. She has previously worked at The Wall Street Journal and Lionsgate in international sales. Sarah Brennan has been named manager of content sales, Asia Pacific. She joins AMC Networks from Lionsgate and has also worked at Variety and the Independent Film & TV Alliance.
Likely reports to Mark Dee-Shapland, vice president of content sales, Clark reports to Melissa Caron, director of content sales for EMEA, and Brennan reports to Todd Bartoo, director of content sales for Asia Pacific.
The new appointments were announced just ahead of the Network’s participation at Mipcom. Licensing discussions will include series in The Walking Dead Universe, the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, the popular Western noir series Dark Winds and a new season of the critically acclaimed anthology series, The Terror.
