Arab Film Institute's (AFI) post-production in-kind grant will provide colour grading and online facilities to feature-length projects.
As part of Dubai-based Arab Film Institutes (AFI) efforts to support its members at any stage of their projects, its post-production in-kind grant provides colour grading and online facilities to feature-length projects in both fiction and non-fiction films. The deadline for submission is August 1, 2017.
Filmmakers, producers and production company members of the Arab Film Institute are eligible to apply. Those who are not yet members of the institute and would like to benefit from this opportunity may complete a membership registration prior to submitting their projects. The grant enables beneficiaries to avail of a variety of post-production services free-of-charge for a duration of two weeks, and extends to both fictional and non-fictional projects. Applicants may complete the online application form to participate.
To qualify, a link for the rough-cut or directors cut must be available online for viewing. Entry forms missing any of the requested information will not be taken into consideration.
AFI intends to announce similar partnerships in other countries at a latest stage.
Pixelmob, a post-production company based in Beirut, and Mile Studios, based in Dubai, have agreed to launch an open call for submission addressed exclusively to AFIs members to identify four feature films (fiction and non-fiction) to benefit from their colour grading, title credits, and online facilities.
