According to the latest reports released by tview, Abu Dhabi Al Emarat continued to grow its Emirati audience with top shows last month including Daket Al Farag (drama series), Al 3yn Al Youm (drama series) and Keef Al Seha (talk show).
Since the show’s launch on MBC 4, Shaklak Mish Ghareeb has been the most watched programme among Arabs every week.
Reports also showed that the peak viewing timings amongst all individuals in May were between 21:00 and 23:00 pulling in around 1.7 m viewers.
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol pulled in a viewership of more than 77,000 Arabs in May, making it the most watched movie of the year so far followed by Man on a Ledge and Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs!
Statistics revealed that the most popular time to watch National Geographic Abu Dhabi amongst Arab males, in May, was from 15:00 to 16:00.
Based on ratings (000) Slugterra was the top children’s programme in Arabic while Kung Fu Panda was the top English programme both on MBC3. The show timings for both the programmes was 13:00 week of 4th May. Other top children’s shows in Arabic in May included Rugrats and Shaun the Sheep also on MBC 3.
