The Kyrion encoder has been designed for low latency streaming over fibre, OTT and satellite networks, with ultra-fast-boot, main screen and ABR outputs, and integrated Automatic Repeat reQuest (ARQ). It is based on ATEMEs fifth Generation STREAM compression engine, which delivers the highest video quality at minimum bitrates using ultra-low latency. The Kyrion CM5000 is a future-proof solution, with an HEVC software upgradeable option.
