Tek Signals has now been appointed Avids certified partner for the Middle East. This certification entitles Tek Signals to educate, market, sell, install, integrate and provide support for Avids entire portfolio to customers. In addition to this, Tek Signals has also become a certified graphics partner making them the first graphics partner for Avid in the Middle East.
Leading this part of the business is Scott Bunce, who joined Tek Signals recently and was previously with Avid for 15 years. Bunce will be based at Tek Signals headquarters in Dubai.
Bunce joined Tek Signals to evaluate the business and open up new revenue streams by improving the Go-to-Market offerings by means of new technologies and services while at the same time, safeguarding and expanding the current business.
Leveraging Bunces background, Tek Signals has identified and trained a group of key resources, who are now AVID ACSR certified and able to design, configure and support Avid solutions.
This is a key area for us, commented Bunce.
Over the coming months, we hope to announce strategic partnerships and alliances to deliver on our commitment to become the best trained and most trusted Avid partner in the Gulf region, he said.

Bunce most recently held the position of Director of Solution Design for Avid, Asia Pacific but has more than six years experience in the UAE.
