Avid, a technology provider driving innovation in the Media & Entertainment industry, has named Wellford Dillard as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Dillard takes the reins from Jeff Rosica, who will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity to ensure a seamless transition.
Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Dillard joins Avid from Marigold, where he served as CEO, leading the company in providing omni-channel marketing SaaS solutions for businesses to enhance customer engagement. Prior to Marigold, Dillard held CFO roles at esteemed vertical software companies including Opower and GetWellNetwork.
