BBC Studios has promoted Eve Frederick to senior VP of production for its Los Angeles production arm.
Frederick is a key leader of unscripted production for the established business, which achieved record growth in 2021, launching an array of new Los Angeles productions, spanning from originals to US adaptations of hit global formats. She oversees production teams for a variety of BBC Studios produced series and also works to ensure the safety of cast and crew across varied locations, in addition to acting as the point person for sustainability initiatives for BBC Studios’ Los Angeles office and its productions, BBC said in a statement.
She has recently worked on three seasons of the Life Below Zero banner for National Geographic, the true-crime documentary Murder Among The Mormons for Netflix, Ex-Rated on Peacock, and Top Gear America on MotorTrend.
Frederick was most recently VP of production for BBC Studios, Los Angeles Productions. Prior to joining BBC Studios in 2018, she helped build the Los Angeles arm of Matador Content, where she was named executive in charge.

Frederick began her career with roles at Discovery, Oxygen and MTV Networks. She has also worked in commercial, promotional, event and music production with such companies as HBO, Viacom, Den of Thieves, 3 Ball, Cineflix and Radical Media.
