BBC World News will be offered as a High Definition (HD) feed across the Middle East from August 5 on Arabsat.
Arabsat will be the BBCs first distribution partner in the Middle East to offer the news channel in HD.
This deal will give audiences in the Middle East access to BBCs on-going coverage of key global issues, documentaries, entertainment and arts programming in HD.
