Nasser al Khelaifi, the Chairman of beIN Media Group, has appointed Yousef Al-Obaidly as Chief Executive Officer. Nasser al Khelaifi will continue his role as Chairman of the group.
Nasser al Khelaifi, the Chairman of beIN Media Group, has appointed Yousef Al-Obaidly as Chief Executive Officer, assuming the role previously held by Nasser al Khelaifi who will continue his role as Chairman of the group.
Yousef previously assumed the position of Deputy CEO and he has served in a number of positions during the course of his 15-year tenure with beIN Media Group.

In 2012, Yousef reportedly played a pivotal role in the beIN Media Groups international expansion of its network, where he was responsible for the launch of beIN Sports France, Americas and Asia-Pacific.
In December 2013, alongside beIN MEDIA GROUP Chairman, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, Yousef completed the transition of Al Jazeera Sport into beIN Sports, the international sports network.
