CABSAT and Integrate Middle East will be key events for broadcast and Pro AV professionals, featuring 450 exhibitors showcasing innovations over three days.
CABSAT and Integrate Middle East (Integrate ME) will return in 2025, taking place from May 13 to 15 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). These flagship events will once again bring together industry leaders from the media, content, broadcast, Pro AV and technology sectors to explore the latest innovations shaping the future of these industries.
Celebrating its 31st edition, CABSAT is set to be more influential than ever, with over 450 exhibitors and an expected 18,000 attendees. As the premier event in the Middle East for content, broadcast, satellite, media and entertainment, it will serve as a hub for industry professionals to connect, exchange insights, and discover emerging technologies driving transformation.
Notable exhibitors at CABSAT 2025 include first-time participants Nordlys and Stype, alongside returning industry leaders such as First Gulf Company, Akratek and Advanced Media Trading. A highlight of the event will be the Content Congress, featuring over 150 global speakers discussing topics like AI in the Middle East media industry, esports broadcasting and the rising prominence of the Arab box office. This year’s theme, ‘Where Insights Ignite Change—Shaping the New Narrative of Media for the 21st Century,’ will set the stage for in-depth discussions on the future of broadcast and content creation.
CABSAT will also provide hands-on experiences through workshops, product demonstrations and technology masterclasses, offering attendees opportunities to engage with buyers, showcase their innovations and lead industry advancements. The event will continue to focus on three key pillars—Creativity, Connectivity and Consciousness—to foster a collaborative and forward-thinking media and entertainment community.
Co-located with CABSAT, Integrate Middle East will return for its third edition, highlighting the rapidly evolving Pro AV and media technology industries. As the only regional event dedicated exclusively to Pro AV, it will showcase the latest advancements in IoT, AI-driven technologies, digital signage and immersive audiovisual solutions. The event will demonstrate how these innovations enhance communication across sectors such as education, entertainment, hospitality and retail.
New exhibitors, including IPS Mena and Hohem Tech, will make their debut at Integrate ME 2025, while leading brands like Unilumin, Godox, Neewer and Leyard will return to showcase their latest products. The event will also feature specialised workshops, seminars and product launches, providing industry professionals with insights into the latest market trends and best practices.
The Middle East Pro AV market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 6.9% from 2023 to 2030, reaching USD 22.7m. The increasing demand for wireless Pro AV equipment is expected to drive further growth, creating new opportunities for businesses in the region.
The co-location of CABSAT and Integrate Middle East offers opportunities for cross-industry collaboration. By bringing together experts and stakeholders from the media, broadcast, satellite and Pro AV industries, these events will facilitate networking, knowledge exchange, and business partnerships that will shape the future of the industry.
As the entertainment industry worldwide is expected to generate USD 2.6tn in revenue by 2025, with further expansion projected to reach USD 4.41bn by 2030, CABSAT and Integrate ME 2025 stand as vital events to explore new business avenues and foster innovation.
