In 2023, Calinos Entertainment sold approximately 130,000 hours of TV programming to over 105 countries across five continents through the distribution of more than 200 programmes.
Turkish distributor Calinos Entertainment has kicked off the year with a raft of new sales from its extensive catalogue of drama series, further solidifying its presence in the international television market.
Among its standout successes, Medyapim’s compelling drama Forbidden Fruit continues to captivate audiences worldwide, with recent acquisitions in Serbia, Georgia, and Ukraine. Renowned as one of Turkey’s longest-lasting dramas, Forbidden Fruit enjoys widespread popularity and is currently airing in countries such as Chile, Puerto Rico, South Africa, and the Philippines.
In addition to Forbidden Fruit, Calinos has secured sales of other acclaimed series, including Woman and Second Chance to Serbia, Cherry Season to Slovakia, and the re-run of Feriha to Ukraine.
