Turkish distributor Calinos Entertainment has finalised a new deal in Brazil for its hit Turkish series The Girl Named Feriha.
Produced by Medyapim, the drama centres on Feriha, a girl from a modest background who earns a scholarship to an elite university. There, she meets and falls in love with Emir Sarrafoğlu, a wealthy playboy played by Çağatay Ulusoy.
Fearful of being rejected, Feriha hides the truth about her life, but as their relationship deepens, she becomes increasingly entangled in her own web of lies.
The series stars Hazal Kaya, Çağatay Ulusoy and Vahide Perçin. The series has been exported to over 70 countries.
