The Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) celebrated the release of its encyclopedia of Arab Cinema titled Cinema of Passion, the first of its kind, which was compiled in consultation with over 475 of the regions most prominent film critics, writers, novelists, academics, and other arts professionals.
Cinema of Passion identifies the top 100 Arab films of all time, chronicling and preserving the rich heritage of Middle Eastern film for future generations.
