In celebration of the 10th edition, the Dubai International Film Festival in partnership with Emaar is making the Festival more accessible and giving back to film fans with Screen on the Green, a series of free public screenings at Burj Park, Downtown Dubai from 7th– 14th December, 2013. A selection of films guaranteed to entertain audiences in the UAE will be showcased.
The screenings will all take place at Burj Park, against the spectacular back drop of Burj Khalifa and will give audiences the opportunity to get better acquainted with DIFFs diverse line-up of the worlds best films from the Arab world and beyond.
Abdulhamid Juma, DIFF Chairman said: Our vision since we launched the DIFF in 2004 has always been to showcase the best new films from around the world to audiences here in the UAE. In celebration of our 10th anniversary, we are hosting free screenings to bring people together and thank the public for 10 years of support with a line-up offering something for every age group and interest. This year our programme is exceptional and we look forward to presenting the wide-ranging and eclectic mix of features, documentaries and shorts from all over the globe that will truly capture the hearts and minds of our audiences at the 10th Dubai International Film Festival.
