The second season will run for six episodes until November 9, as part of Phase Five of the MCU.
Disney+ has exclusively released the second season of Loki today, on October 6. The first season of Loki became the most-watched Marvel Studios series on Disney+, and this new season promises to thrust the infamous God of Mischief into a fresh set of adventures alongside the Time Variance Authority (TVA).
The second season of Loki, inspired by the Marvel Comics character of the same name, continues the journey of Loki, who teams up with Mobius M. Mobius, Hunter B-15, and other TVA members to navigate the multiverse. Their mission is to locate Sylvie, Ravonna Renslayer, and Miss Minutes, taking viewers on a ride through the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Marvel Studios produces the season, with Eric Martin as the head writer, and Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead leading the directing team. The executive producers include Kevin Feige, Stephen Broussard, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kevin R. Wright, Tom Hiddleston, Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Eric Martin, and Michael Waldron. Trevor Waterson serves as the co-executive producer.
The series features Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, Neil Ellice, along with Jonathan Majors, Ke Huy Quan, and Owen Wilson. Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Dan Deleeuw, and Kasra Farahani take the directorial reins for various episodes.
