Eccho Rights has acquired the international distribution rights for Turkish drama A Journey to Belong. The series, produced by Royal Pictures for Kanal D in Turkey, premiered in September under the local title, Bizi Birleştiren Hayat, and has been scoring strong ratings for the channel.
Commenting on the acquisition, Handan Özkubat, Director of Turkish Drama, Eccho Rights, said: “We are really excited for A Journey to Belong, a multi-generational family drama that will grip audiences day after day. The international demand for daily drama series with a premium feel has been growing over the years, and this title perfectly fits the brief.”
