Speaking about the event, Festival Director Intishal Al Timimi said: “The El Gouna Film Festival is pleased that it has been able, since its inception in 2017, to present an exciting, coherent and diverse cinematic programme, a practice it has continued to follow through the subsequent years and editions thereby maintaining its pole position in attracting some of the best cinematic works. This has in turn helped it draw the interest and attention of not only the local audiences but also our industry colleagues from all parts of the world while earning their praise and appreciation.”
