97.8 Dance FM is operated by SHOCK Middle East, owned by Raed Zidan and Theo Makis.
Programmes will include Danny Cees Rude Awakening drive-time breakfast show and Dave Clearys Loud and Cleary show. The station will also broadcast shows from world-renowned dance DJ David Guetta, famed for the tracks When love takes over and Titanium as well as Pete Tongs Essential Mix: the UKs number one dance radio DJ. Add to this that Dance FM will be bringing you the best weekly international DJ sets from HARDWELL, Mark Knight, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike.
DANCE FM claims to be the first station in the UAE to broadcast the best in dance music, EDM, remixes and other genres. With an emphasis on live music in the evening and weekend shows, the station will feature globally recognised names such as Roger Sanchez and Paul Van Dyk, alongside a raft of international DJs playing exclusively for DANCE FM 97.8, including Solomun, Mark Knight, Steve Lawler, Paul Van Dyk, David Guetta, Roger Sanchez, Magdalena, Teenage Mutants, Stefano Noferini, John Monkman with more major headliners to be announced.
