Organised by FUNN and Nikon, a filmmaking workshop for children aged 10-14 will be held at Al Majaz Amphitheatre.
FUNN, a Sharjah-based organisation that promotes media arts learning among children and youth, is nurturing the creative vision of aspiring young filmmakers in the UAE with a four-day workshop from July 18 – 21, to expand knowledge and hone their skills in the visual art form.
The free-to-attend FUNNtastic Filmmaking Summer Camp, sponsored by Nikon, will be hosted at Al Majaz Amphitheatre in Sharjah, for children in the 10-14 age group.
Led by Arya Chitra, Head of Operations at Nikon Kids Photo Club, the hands-on sessions will hone the skills of filmmaking enthusiasts with hands-on exercises that offer an introduction to the medium including how to use the Nikon Z 50, a compact DX Mirrorless camera ideal for creating amazing online stories.
