ISO 27001 certification streamlines the procurement process for customers by eliminating the need for extensive IT security assessments, allowing a faster onboarding of services and more efficient project kick-offs.
G&L Systemhaus has secured ISO 27001 certification, enhancing the security of its workflows, data centres and offices. This certification assures media clients that G&L adheres to global standards for safeguarding intellectual property, personal data and valuable media content.
As part of this certification process, G&L has implemented proactive risk management strategies to protect workflows from emerging threats. Additionally, their business continuity and disaster recovery measures ensure uninterrupted live broadcasts and seamless media processing and delivery.
For customers, ISO 27001 certification simplifies procurement by reducing the need for extensive IT security assessments, expediting service onboarding and project launches. As a general contractor in multi-vendor projects, G&L’s cybersecurity achievements offer clients peace of mind, knowing that security and accountability are consistently maintained across all partners and platforms.
CEO Alexander Leschinsky commented: “As a media-focused provider, achieving ISO 27001 certification is a testament to our commitment to both security and regulatory compliance. This certification not only ensures we meet the highest data protection standards, but also reinforces the trust our clients place in us to safeguard their content and operations. At G&L, we’re focused on long-term partnerships, and this milestone underscores our dedication to delivering secure, reliable solutions for the evolving media landscape.”
In addition to ISO 27001, G&L is also a member of the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA). The company recently introduced a workflow designed to help media companies meet C2PA standards for certifying content authenticity and origin. This tool set complements G&L’s existing content protection suite, which includes encryption, DRM, watermarking, and credential theft prevention.
G&L will be available to discuss these achievements at the IBC Show in Amsterdam, from September 13-16.
