'Googleyat', the six-episode short video series with Abdullah Al Alawi, will feature AI experts from Google and will run on his social channels and Google Arabia.
Google has introduced a new short video series aimed at answering the most searched questions on AI by users in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The six-episode series, presented in Arabic, seeks to dispel common misconceptions surrounding AI and will be hosted by popular Saudi content creator Abdullah AlAlawi. The series will feature insights from seasoned AI experts at Google, including Mehdi Ghissassi, Director of Product Management at Google DeepMind.
Google reported a significant increase in Arabic queries related to AI from users in the MENA region over the past year, with many inquiries focusing on the practical applications of AI in daily life.
The episodes will tackle the top searched questions, including: What is Generative AI?; How can I use AI in my studies?; What is the difference between AI and Machine Learning?; How can I use AI everyday?; How can I protect my data while using AI tools?; and How can I use AI to be more productive and creative?
Dubbed Googleyat, the series will be released weekly starting from February 5 and will be available on Google Arabia’s channels on YouTube, Instagram, and X, as well as Abdullah AlAlawi’s channels on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
