The Gores Group, LLC has successfully completed the acquisition of Harris Corporations Broadcast Communications Division, with each of its global subsidiaries set to close shortly at individually assigned dates. Going forward, the organisation will be known as Harris Broadcast and will be operating as HBC Solutions, Inc. in the United States and under similarly named subsidiaries of HBC Solutions, Inc. in the other regions of the world.
