The release date of the second season is yet to be announced.
Tunisian-Egyptian actress Hend Sabry has announced on Instagram that she is working with Netflix to release the second season of Finding Ola.
The first season of Finding Ola dropped on Netflix back in February. The show followed the life of Ola Abdel Sabour from Ayza Atgawez (I Want To Get Married), a 2010 Egyptian comedy series, where Ola finds herself in the middle of a mid-life crisis.
In the recently released show, which marks Sabry’s first major work as a producer, the character embarks on a journey of self-discovery while dealing with the challenges of raising two children after divorce.
In the 30-second video shared on Instagram, Sabry said: “Of course, we will continue. Ola’s story is not over yet. Didn’t she teach us that the end of one story is a beginning of a new story? So for Ola to take her second chance, there has to be a Season Two for Finding Ola.”
