IMI (International Media Investments), the UAE-based global media group, has named Ahmed Embaby as its new Chief People Officer.
With more than 30 years of experience in human capital transformation, Embaby has held leadership roles at major multinational corporations, including Pfizer, PepsiCo and Oracle. His expertise spans talent development, operational efficiency, and employee engagement across the Middle East, South Africa and Turkey.
Throughout his career, he has played a key role in reshaping executive structures, implementing leadership assessment programmes, and driving human capital integrations during large-scale acquisitions—contributing to enhanced efficiency and employee satisfaction across global markets.

Additionally, Embaby will focus on fostering an inclusive and sustainable culture that drives excellence, innovation, and organizational growth.
Embaby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from USI University Europe- England. In addition to his academic background, he has completed executive leadership programmes at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and IESE Business School, along with advanced certifications in leadership and human development from globally recognised institutions.
