Exhibitors are returning to InfoComm MEA 2013 in a show of continued support for the regions dedicated pro-AV communications technology event in the Middle East.
Arthur Holm, LG, NMK, Theatro and Venuetech have doubled their booth size from last year. Other companies which have confirmed their participation include Extron Eletcronics, Jupiter Systems, Crestron, Da-Lite Screen, DAS Audio, Mitsubishi Electric, RGB Spectrum, Sharp Middle East, Sonic Foundry, Taiden, Wavetec and WolfVision.
Several manufacturers such as Blackmagic Design, Exterity, Primascreen, Matrox, MMD Monitors and Display, R&M International, Shanghai Pallas, Shenzhen Leyard, Shenzhen Retop LED, Tyans and Techrobotix, will also be making their debut in the Middle Eastern market at InfoComm MEA 2013.
This show of support for IFMEA reflects exhibitors confidence in the organisers resolve and efforts to attract quality visitors to the show. Despite some issues with hall location last year, InfoComm 2012 drew 12,023 visitors, generating good discussions and solid leads for exhibitors. The organisers are taking steps to increase brand presence onsite and facilitate visitor registration for this years InfoComm MEA. InfoCommAsia, regional subsidiary of InfoComm International, and co-organiser Dubai World Trade Centre announce that they are putting in place three key measures to ensure greater show visibility and a sustained visitor flow for this years event.
Firstly, show signage will be improved. The concourse area running along the IFMEA halls will be cleared of booths and branded with large IFMEA banners and video walls. Secondly, the physical barriers that used to separate GITEX and IFMEA will no longer be in place, providing for a truly free flow of traffic between the two shows. And thirdly, a second entrance into the IFMEA hall will provide unobstructed linkway between GITEX and the Show, with custom carpeting welcoming GITEX visitors to the Show.
InfoComm MEA 2013s location in the Trade Centre Arena in the vast World Trade Centre complex will also be publicised in pre-show promotional materials as well as all GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK onsite signage.
An extensive promotional campaign is already underway. A visitor database of over 100,000 is being validated, to which print- and e-direct mails will be dispatch over the upcoming months. In addition, the organizers will work with various trade media for editorial and advertisement placements. Press releases and advertisements in the regions newspapers will also extend the Shows reach beyond the organisers database.
Co-located with GITEX Technology Week from 20-24 October 2013, InfoComm MEA 2013 will present latest Pro-AV communication and AV-IT integration solutions of leading manufacturers from all over the world. There will also be an accompanying Summit program of seminars, conferences and presentation on market trends and technology developments. The event targets systems integrators, trade distributors and dealers as well as IT and Technology Managers from diverse vertical markets such as Education, Government Services, Hospitality and Enterprises. Admission to both Exhibition and Summit is free. Registration is required.
