Turkish distributor Inter Medya has inked a licensing agreement for the popular series Deception (Aldatmak) with Telefe and Chilevision, both subsidiaries of Paramount, securing broadcasting rights in Argentina and Chile respectively.
Furthermore, Inter Medya has clinched another licensing deal for the series The Girl of the Green Valley (Melissa) with Telefe in Argentina.
Deception, a creation of Turkey’s production company TIMS&B Productions, has been a sensation on Turkish television, reigning over various genres for the past two seasons.
Featuring Vahide Percin, Mustafa Ugurlu, Ercan Kesal, Feyza Sevil Güngör, Caner Sahin, and Berkay Ates, Deception delivers a narrative of love, betrayal, family dynamics, and deception. At its core lies the heart-wrenching tale of a mother whose life is shattered by the deceit spun by her own kin, juxtaposed with the unwavering love of a young couple amidst adversities.
The series, licensed to both Telefe and Chilevision under the Paramount banner, has already commenced its broadcast journey on Chilevision in Chile.
