'Hicran' is the first project of the co-production deal signed between Telemundo Global Studios and Inter Medya.
Inter Medya has inked a significant agreement with Colombian network Caracol Televisión for the broadcast of the Turkish drama Hicran in Colombia. This collaboration marks a milestone as the first project under the co-production deal between Telemundo Global Studios and Inter Medya, representing a partnership between a US Hispanic studio and a Turkish entity. Colombian viewers can anticipate the arrival of Hicran on their screens through Caracol Televisión.
Hicran delves into the poignant tale of a mother and daughter, exploring themes of love, betrayal, familial bonds, and power dynamics. The narrative follows Hicran, a young woman haunted by the tragic loss of her daughter, whom she believes to be alive despite being declared dead at birth. Her quest to find her daughter takes an unexpected turn when she crosses paths with Melek, a little girl whom she rescues and later becomes her caretaker, unaware that Melek is her own long-lost daughter.
As Inter Medya gears up to welcome visitors during the LA Screenings (Suite 555), the company is set to unveil several more agreements in the near future.
