The film showcases the struggles of Saudi youth against Covid-19.
Intigral has announced that Jawwy TV will be exclusively broadcasting Beyond Survival, the first documentary film produced by Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (misk Foundation) for five days starting January 19, 2021.
Drawing on misk’s experience during the crisis, the 20-minute documentary recounts the challenges the foundation has dealt with in the wake of the pandemic and portrays its efforts in seeking solutions to steer the crisis efficiently. The film features interviews with members of misk’s team, highlighting one of the foundation’s strategic goals, youth empowerment.
Intigral’s CEO Markus Golder commented on the cooperation with misk Foundation, stating that the broadcast of misk’s first film production endorses Intigral’s strategy of selecting content that reflects Saudi tradition and culture, and institutes social integration, especially among young audiences.
He added: “Intigral is committed to spreading awareness on successful social initiatives, such as those carried out by misk during the pandemic, as a means to inspire youth and encourage them to be more socially involved. This step comes in line with Intigral’s strategy which is based on Saudi Vision 2030’s broad goals of enhancing the quality of life.”
The film captures the onset of the most dangerous virus outbreak in modern history, trailing the subsequent events, and showcasing the proactive response with which the Kingdom confronted COVID-19, aiming not only to safeguard citizens and residents, but also to ensure they are adapting well to the new regulations.
