Miller joined AJA after his tenure at visual storytelling tools provider Vizrt, where he served as the Enterprise Sales Director, overseeing major broadcast accounts for over two years.
AJA Video Systems has appointed John Miller, a seasoned professional in the media and entertainment (M&E) industry, as its new Vice President of Global Sales. With over 30 years of experience, Miller brings a wealth of knowledge gained from leading revenue growth initiatives for various software as a service, media asset management, and integrated hardware and software development companies, including Vizrt Group, BeBop, Brightcove, Avid, and Autodesk.
In his new role, Miller will oversee international sales teams across AJA’s product lines, leveraging his extensive expertise to drive global sales strategies. His appointment underscores AJA’s commitment to expanding its market presence and providing innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the M&E industry.

Prior to joining AJA, Miller held leadership positions at prominent companies in the M&E sector. Most recently, he served as Enterprise Sales Director at Vizrt, where he exceeded sales targets and spearheaded successful project executions. His previous roles include leading worldwide sales and marketing efforts at BeBop Technology and serving as VP of Americas Media Sales at Brightcove.
Miller’s extensive experience also includes significant tenures at Avid, where he played a pivotal role in driving sales growth, and Maximum Throughput, a media management technology firm acquired by Avid. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Assumption University in Worcester, MA.
