Comedy-drama series Jalta: Kebrat Al-Eileh has won the best Jordanian TV series during Ramadan 2023, according to a poll conducted by ET Bel Arabi.
Nearly 1m participants took part in the poll.
For their roles in Jalta: Kebrat Al-Eileh, Zuhair Alnobani and Amal Dabbas were named best Jordanian actors and best actresses in the ET Bel Arabi poll.
In Ramadan 2022, Jalta received the highest local ratings, according to Ipsos, and achieved 62m online views, including 20m in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The series is created and written by The Creative Lab and executed by The Show, both of which operate under Roya Media Group. Jalta is a dramatic sitcom that discusses and presents Arab family situations.
The series stars Amal Dabbas, Zuhair Al Nobani, Mohammad Kheir al-Jarrah, Jenny Esber, Sharif Zoubi, Lea Mbardi, Zeina Khresat, and Maya Saidi.
