Manga Productions has released the first trailer for the upcoming anime series, Grendizer U, slated for release in 2024.
In a strategic alliance forged last year with Dynamic Planning, Manga Productions secured licensing rights for products and characters from the Grendizer series. These rights extend to entertainment facilities and cities across the Middle East.

Created by the Go Nagai, Grendizer is a robot anime that chronicles the adventures of Duke Fleed as he valiantly confronts King Vega and his formidable army, utilising the powerful Grendizer to protect Earth.
Guided by the direction of Mitsuo Fukuda and penned by Ichirō Ōkouchi, the anime assures viewers of a captivating narrative, enhanced by the musical compositions of Kohei Tanaka.
The recently revealed trailer introduces the voice cast for the first time. Miyu Irino, celebrated for portraying Haku in Studio Ghibli’s Spirited Away, takes on the role of the main protagonist, Duke Fleed. Meanwhile, Hiro Shimono, recognised for his portrayal of Dabi in My Hero Academia, lends his voice to Kouji Kabuto.
Originating in 1975, Grendizer is a heroic robot designed to rescue planet Fleed and assist Duke Fleed in reaching Earth safely to defend it and its inhabitants. The series has garnered widespread acclaim, amassing the highest viewership in the Arab world, France, and Italy, solidifying its status as an iconic presence in the realms of animation and manga.
