Under the agreement, MBC3 will have the first free-to-air run in the region for a minimum of 350 episodes of Nickelodeon shows per year.
MBC Group has announced the renewal of its content licensing agreement with Paramount Global Content Distribution. This extension ensures the continuation of Nickelodeon titles on MBC Group platforms for an additional three years. This renewal solidifies MBC Group’s commitment to providing high-quality children’s entertainment across multiple platforms, including television and video-on-demand (VoD).
Nickelodeon, an internationally renowned entertainment brand under the Paramount Global umbrella, specialises in creating a diverse array of family-friendly programming, feature films, and fun content for children.

As part of this renewed partnership, MBC Group will maintain its commitment to providing exclusive first-run content on its children’s free-to-air TV channel, MBC3. This will include a minimum of 350 episodes each year, featuring beloved shows like PAW Patrol, The Loud House, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Blaze and the Monster Machines, among others. Meanwhile, Nickelodeon titles newly coming to MBC3 include The Patrick Star Show, Middlemost Post, and Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
In addition to traditional television broadcasting, Nickelodeon content will continue to be available on the Arabic streaming platform Shahid, where it will be presented in both English and French. Young viewers can look forward to accessing a plethora of titles on-demand, including Dora the Explorer, Shimmer and Shine, The Loud House, and Bubble Guppies.
