MediaHub will act as the sole distributor of titles produced as part of this new partnership.
Istanbul-based global rights management and distribution company MediaHub and Dubai-based media firm Geophil have teamed up to produce Turkish dramas.
The partnership aims to bring together MediaHub’s expertise in Turkish dramas and distribution as well as Geophil’s co-production handling across various markets.
The collaboration will be led will be Kerim Emrah Turna, Managing Director of MediaHub and Robin Phillip, Managing Director of Geophil.
The first project to come out of the partnership is expected to go on set as early as June 2023 with more projects on slate. The companies are keeping the details of their upcoming titles under wraps for now.
Speaking about the collaboration, Kerim Emrah Turna said: “The appetite for well-produced Turkish content is only getting stronger. Geophil and Robin Philip are invaluable partners not just in the Asia and MENA region, but also globally. We’re looking forward to collaborating again this time as independent partners.’’

The two directors have a long working relationship, dating back to their days in corporate media. With the announcement of this new partnership, MediaHub begins its production activities and will act as the sole distributor of the titles produced.
