Italian broadcast distributor and systems integrator Video Progetti has appointed Frank Kerrin as its Support & Delivery Director. A veteran of the broadcast industry, Kerrin will coordinate after-sales and delivery of projects and improve the internal competences in emerging technologies.
Speaking about the appointment, Carlo Struzzi, Video Progetti Founder and CEO, said: “Thanks to his long-standing expertise in the broadcast business and his engineering background, he will support our commitment in innovative technologies and international growth.”
Kerrin has held positions with OSN (Director of Technology Support and Projects), Orbit Communications (Engineering Manager) and Carlton Digital Channels (Broadcast Manager), and engineering positions at CMIS and BBC. He has a master’s degree in engineering from University College Dublin and multiple broadcast certifications including Cloud Technology and Amazon Web Services.
