Launched by Riyadh’s mayor, the drive-in cinema will be able to accommodate more than 150 cars.
Riyadh will soon have a drive-in cinema titled “Flash of Riyadh”, which will screen three Arabic and international cinemas on a daily basis, according to a report in the Saudi Gazette.
Launched by Riyadh’s mayor, the drive-in cinema will be able to accommodate more than 150 cars. All precautionary measures, including wearing masks and keeping social distance, will be adhered to, in addition to sterilizing the area at the end of each show.
Like all new drive-in cinemas, viewers will be able to tune into a designated radio frequency to listen to the audio. Food trucks and multiple payment options will be available to ensure more seamless comfort for viewers.
“This is in line with the mayoralty’s initiatives to improve the quality of life of people in the city in a way keeping pace with the objectives of mayoralty in the light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030,” according to a Saudi Gazette report.
