Panasonic Marketing Middle East & Africa (PMMAF), the Dubai-based headquarters for Panasonic has announced robust plans for 2017 under the leadership of the new Managing Director Hiroki Soejima.
More than 80 business associates from 12 countries attended Panasonics annual convention held in Dubai on 13 September 2017.
The key issues discussed were the increased focus on market penetration through strategic alliances with key retailers, product enhancements by introducing local-fit product line-ups and reinvigoration of the brand through its upcoming marketing campaign themed as Makers of Quality. Speaking at the event, Hiroki Soejima, who has recently taken over as the Managing Director of Panasonic Marketing Middle East & Africa, said: Over the years the Middle East region has witnessed sustained growth across industries. As a leading Japanese manufacturer offering the widest product portfolio, both for consumers and businesses alike, it has augured well for us. Being a customer-centric brand, we are constantly adapting and evolving to market demands and this year we aim to increase our footprints across the region.
He added, To invigorate our brand, we will launch our strong 360° marketing campaign highlighting Japan Quality reinforcing us as a premium Japanese brand.
As a part of his keynote address at the event, Soejima highlighted Middle East as the key growth market for Panasonic and the company aims to achieve a double-digit growth in 2017.
