Nickelodeon has announced the premiere of NickToons series Best and Bester on January 9 on OSN and OSN.

The comedic show follows multihyphenate best-buddies-twins-duo, Best and Bester, who live in a weird and wonderful reality of Bettervale. In Bettervale people aren’t born to moms and dads instead, they are hatched from the mysterious Eggsistence machine and are transformed into distinctive bodies perfectly suited to their personality or function.
Best & Bester are two best buddies who have a unique ability – they are “nobodies” in a town where everyone is “hatched” into a body representing them. The duo is obsessed with comparing the best things of all time while enjoying the power to transform themselves into anything they want, once a day.
Best is the ultimate overthinker. He’s the kind of guy who’d make a pros and cons list when choosing what to have on his hotdog. Best thinks of himself as the smart one — although that’s not totally accurate. He has blind confidence, which makes him believe he can plan his way out of any situation. But in reality, this generally only leads to more trouble.
Best is methodical, stubborn, and focused — he doesn’t so much look before he leaps as, look, look a few more times, commission some study of the leap, refute the findings of the study, take some time out to think about the entire concept of leaping, decide against leaping altogether and then only finally leap because Bester has already done it and pulled him over the edge with her.
Bester is the “heart” of the duo. She’s spontaneous, impulsive, and wants to experience everything in life, no matter how crazy it seems.
Bester is all instinct. She acts before she thinks and there’s no telling where, when, or what she’ll do next. This certainly keeps Best on his toes.
