Dubai-based Oasis Enterprises PPD will highlight its newly signed partnership agreement with Hitachi at CABSAT 2012.
The agreement sees Oasis Enterprises become the exclusive distribution partner of Hitachi broadcast cameras and systems in the UAE.
Oasis said the partnership will enable it to better address the needs of the local market broadcasters and production companies for hi-end broadcast studio and ENG cameras.
We believe the relationship will help Hitachi be successful in the region as they focus efforts on the region and the UAE in particular. We have had positive feedback on the products from end-users already, said Basel Al Aref, general manager of professional projects division at Oasis Enterprises.
Oasis has been in close contact with Hitachi for a number of years. This agreement is the official frame to existing discussions.
CABSAT will provide a platform for the first official announcement. Hitachi will have their own stand and Oasis will feature cameras from Hitachi that are filling the gap in the UAE market.
Product offerings will be further enhanced by comprehensive sales, marketing and technical and local support provided by the Oasis PPD team.
