ONTime Sports Channel Group has launched a new channel called ONTime Sports 3 to broadcast the 2021 World Cup Handball Championship matches, which will be held in Egypt from January 13 to 31, 2021. The channel, which began broadcasting officially on January 8, is available on Nilesat.
A statement published on its official Facebook page stated that the channel frequency on Nilesat is 12303, the polarization will be horizontal with the coding rate at 27500.
The 2021 IHF World Men’s Handball Championship will be the 27th event hosted by the International Handball Federation. This will be the first Handball Championship with 32 teams instead of the usual 24. This will be the third championship hosted in Africa, the second in Egypt, and the first to be hosted outside of Europe since 2015. Denmark will be the defending champions after winning for the first time in 2019 on home soil.
