OSN’s Asli will debut at the pop culture festival Comic Con to be held from Thursday to Saturday, April 5 to 7, 2018, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Asli, meaning native or the real deal in many of the regions languages, is OSN’s digital licensing, education and multifunction workspace ecosystem for short and medium form content. It gives regional content creators an opportunity to produce and broadcast their original English and Arabic work alongside content on OSNs online streaming entertainment service, Wavo.
At Comic Con, Asli will have an Asli Lounge- a space for content creators to network, learn, collaborate and meet the team behind Asli. A Creative Couch (Asli’s educational arm) workshop on Friday, April 6 at 2pm will also provide creatives with insights into licensing, intellectual property and commercialising creativity.
