Pixar has won a 2020 Emmy Award for Best Short Form Animated Programme for the animated short series Forky Asks A Question.

The Mandalorian has also picked up a handful of awards, the first for the almost one-year-old streaming platform.
Debuting last November, the series centres on Forky (Hale), a spastic, plastic spork first introduced in Toy Story 4 who knows nothing of the world, asking in each episode a question to learn a little bit about it.
The series beat Adult Swim’s Robot Chicken and Cartoon Network’s Steven Universe Future. The animation studio was nominated by the Television Academy before, in 2018, for the interactive programme Coco VR.
