In addition to overseeing key customer accounts, Steele will play a pivotal role in managing PFT’s new Media Centre in the UK, which will act as the hub for centralised content operations for Channel 4.
Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) has appointed Andy Steele as Vice President, Operations in order to strengthen its business in the EMEA region. Based out of PFT’s London office, Steele will oversee media and online service operations for all customers of PFT in the region.
Steele joins PFT from TVT Media, bringing in over 30 years of experience in the broadcast sector. Having worked with both public service and commercial broadcasters, he has experience in leading complex, time-critical operations; stakeholder management, solution and service design and implementation as well as change management, recruiting and coaching talent. Previously, he also worked for organisations like Red Bee Media and BBC Studios.
